I have seen people release it in a hundred ways: in the easy laughter of a social gathering, in the sharp sting of an insult, in the catharsis of a few slaps, and, darker still, in the cold violence of murder or the raging storms of genocide. Expression, I learned early, can be poison or medicine. For the introvert, the turmoil stays inside.   ਬਾਪ...                                                         ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀਪ (ਡਾ.)   ਮੰਨਿਆਂ ਮਾਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਹਾਨ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਬਾਪ ਕਿਉਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ' ਵਿਚਾਰਾ ' ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ... ਕਬੀਲਦਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਬੋਝ ਥੱਲੇ ਦਬਿਆ ਧਰਤੀ ਹੇਠਲਾ ਬਲ਼ਦ... ਹਰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਸੰਵੇਦਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਪਰ੍ਹੇ ਨਿਰੋਲ ' ਸੰਵੇਦਨਹੀਨ ' ਜੋ ਨਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਸ਼ਾਇਰ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਗਾ ਲਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਨਾ ਫਨਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਚਿਤਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਤੇ ਨਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਫਿਲਾਸਫਰ ਨੂੰ... ਇੱਥੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਬਾਪ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ.... ਕਿਸੇ ਬਾਪ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਤੱਕ ' ਬਾਪ ' ਦੇ ਹੱਕ ਵਿਚ ਹਾਅ ਦਾ ਨਾਅਰਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਾਰਿਆ... ਬਾਪ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਸਿਰਫ ਕਾਗਜ਼ਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਮੂਹਰੇ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਵਿਤਾਵਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਤਾਂ ਮਾਂ ਹੀ ਮਾਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ.... ਉਂਝ ਸਮਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਕਿਉਂ ਬਾਪ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਬਣ ਸਕਿਆ ਸਾਡੀ ਸੰਵੇਦਨਾ ਦਾ... ਇਹ ਵੀ ਤਾਂ ਜੰਮਦਾ ਹੈ ਧੀਆਂ ਪੁੱਤ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੋ...
